Sales Supervisor / 销售主管 （工业机械及其安全部件）
base: 青岛，广州
【岗位职责】
1. Develop the TIC business (CE Certification, TÜV Mark, Functional Safety etc), such as Machinery and its safety component etc.
开发工业机械及其安全部件的测试认证服务（例如CE，TÜV Mark，功能安全）；
2. All activities focus on meet or exceed sales targets.
完成销售目标为首要职责；
3. Establish and execute sales plans and action by referring to the annual sales plan and targets of the company, and make monthly reports.
根据公司年度销售计划，制定相应的行动计划和方案并有效实施，并做好每月的工作总结，汇报；
4. Constantly communicate and visit client and make visit record. Collect and report market and competitors information
定期拜访客户并做好客户拜访记录，及时反馈市场信息和竞争对手情况；
5. Follow up the projects. Liaise with customers and internal technical teams or align with extended internal teams to ensure timely and smooth services.
对进行的项目全程跟踪，协调公司其他部门确保项目及时顺利完成；
6. Perform other duties assigned by manager.
完成上级指派的其它任务。
【任职要求】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation and relevant disciplines will be preferred.
本科或本科以上学历；机械、电气、机电、自动化专业；
2. 3+ years’ sales experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification industry or related area.
3年或以上检测认证行业销售工作经验；
3. Solid negotiation, communication and persuasion skills.
善于沟通，良好人际沟通与商务谈判能力
4. Knowledge of English, written and spoken.
良好的英文听说读写能力
5. Team working spirit
良好的团队合作精神。
