- Engineering background/study
- Able to read, modify 3D files using CAD program possibly Solidworks
- Very fluent in English both written and spoken
- Not older then 35 years
- Preferred previous experience in molding (plastic, iron, carbon)
- He must be willing to work in the workshop to build samples
