Main Position Tasks:
1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the legal entity; assist financial auditors and financial service providers; play a key role in supporting compliance and internal controls.
2. Act as an Operations Finance Business Partner (BP) for both Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Production by monitoring budgets, forecasts, and key financial KPIs, and providing cost analysis, margin tracking, and profitability analysis.
3. Develop and maintain replenishment plans in collaboration with suppliers and supply chain teams. Monitor stock-outs, lead times, and safety stock levels.
4. Provide financial and business insights to support inventory and purchasing decisions, while ensuring alignment between financial planning and supply chain operations.
5. Others: Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by local China and APAC/HQ finance and operational organizations.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance & Accounting or a related field.
Type and Length of Necessary Job Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of financial accounting experience in MNC production environments, preferably with knowledge in SCM/Operations controlling. A background from Big 4 firms would be a plus.
Specific Knowledge (only essential specific knowledge; e.g., language skills if mandatory):
Fluent oral and written English skills are mandatory. Experience with ERP software such as Kingdee or SAP, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with statistical analysis tools like Power BI will be a plus.
