Main Objectives / Area of impact / Influence on business and organisation :
Collaborate with team to implement marketing campaigns / trade show / events / meetings in the regions.
Work with sales team to guide and monitor distributors’ marketing activations in POS/Region in accordance with brand guideline, and drive sales to achieve ROI.
Main Position Tasks :
1. Based on the company marketing strategy, to plan, executes and measures marketing events like trade shows, brand campaign, promotion activations and AID channel activations etc.
Deliver the events report incl. tracking event key performance indicators and analyzing event performance.
Promoting events and content developing through various marketing channels such as social media and intranet.
2. Manage the full end-to end distributors’ marketing campaigns and representing brand materials according to Trade Marketing SOP, make sure implementing right brand CI guideline. Including liaising with distributors function team, VB sales and suppliers.
Work with Marketing Manager to plan distributors’ annual marketing plan and regular monitor Marketing Bonus Report
3. Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute events. Establishing and monitoring the relationships with vendors /suppliers
4. Support Marketing Manager to monitor and analysis the content and performance of social media agency on B2B accounts incl. content strategy, design creatives, KPI results and etc.
5. Collaborate with marketing peers – including those in content, product, and design – to ensure consistent brand messaging

Required Qualification

Education : Bachelor degree or above

Type and length of necessary job experience :

5+ years in trade marketing function role for an international premium brand in home-deco or durable consumer industry.

Specific Knowledge :

Good communication and organizational skills

Oral and written fluency in the English and Chinese language a must.

Creativity and flair for high-quality execution

Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint.

Positive relationships with peers and supervisors. Co-work with others as a team accomplish group objectives. Creates trust.
