1. New Product Development (NPD):新项目开发
1.1 Manage purchasing activities in NPD to ensure on-time delivery, cost targets ("design to cost"), and specifications. 管理新项目采购活动，确保及时交付、成本目标达成（按照成本设计）并符合规格要求。
1.2 Work with a cross team (Engineering, Quality, Supply chain, ILC) to prepare RFQ documents for commodity buyers to start sourcing activity.与工程、质量、供应链和ILC跨职能协作，编制询价文件，供品类采购专员启动采购活动。
1.3 Champion of component cost at project phase, closely working with sourcing buyers, able to challenge design and supplier quotation to achieve best price for company. 在项目阶段担任元器件成本管控主导者，与寻源采购紧密协作，能够对设计方案和供应商报价提出优化建议，为公司争取最优价格。
1.4 Sample & Tooling order owner, following up delivery on time.样品和工装订单负责人，跟进并确保交期。
1.5 Champion of contact signed with supplier for project when needed.需要时，担任项目与供应商签约的主导者，负责推动合同签署；
1.6 Align purchasing strategy with product roadmaps and business synergies. 使采购战略与产品路线图及业务协同效应保持一致。
2. Technical Collaboration & Risk Mitigation技术协作与风险防控
2.1 Review engineering drawings, specifications, to provide purchasing insights.审核工程图纸及规格要求，提供采购专业意见。
2.2 Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., single-source dependencies, geopolitical issues, compliance).识别并防控供应链风险（例如：单一供应商依赖、地缘政治问题、合规风险等）
3. Cross-functional Leadership跨职能领导力
3.1 Align with Project Management, Quality, and Finance to ensure on-time project delivery within budget.与项目管理、质量及财务部门协同，确保项目在预算范围内按时交付。
3.2 Window person with group project purchasing for PCO.作为集团项目采购的对接人，负责 PCO 相关事务。
Qualifications & Requirements任职资格与要求
1. Education & Experience教育背景和经验
1.1 Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.电气工程、机械工程或相关技术领域的学士学位。
1.2 10+ years’ work experience, including 3+ years in project purchasing/sourcing within automotive, industrial or energy sectors (UPS/battery/power electronics preferred).10 年以上工作经验，其中包括 3 年以上汽车、工业或能源行业（优先考虑不间断电源 / 电池 / 电力电子领域）的项目采购 / 寻源经验。
1.3 Engineering background and Project management experience is a plus.工程师背景和项目管理经验优先考虑。
2. Technical Competencies技术能力
2.1 Ability of reading technical drawings, specifications.具备阅读技术图纸和规格文件的能力。
2.2 Deep understanding of UPS components (e.g., IGBTs, capacitors, transformers) and manufacturing processes.深入理解不间断电源（UPS）元器件（如绝缘栅双极型晶体管、电容器、变压器）及制造工艺。
2.3 Expertise in design-to-cost (DTC), should-cost modeling, and value engineering.精通按成本设计（DTC）、目标成本建模和价值工程。
3. Soft Skills软技能
3.1 Basic English communication is required.需要具备基础英语交流。
3.2 Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts in matrix organizations.具备在矩阵式组织中领导跨职能团队及解决冲突的成熟经验。
3.3 Strong analytical skills (e.g., spend analysis, market intelligence).拥有出色的分析能力（例如：支出分析、市场情报分析）。
