主要职责Key Responsibilities
1、新产品开发New Product Development (NPD) :
1.1 负责新产品开发中的采购活动，确保按时交付、达成成本目标（“按成本设计”）并满足规格要求。Manage purchasing activities in NPD to ensure on-time delivery, cost targets ("design to cost"), and specifications.
1.2 与跨职能团队（工程、质量、供应链、ILC）合作准备询价（RFQ）文件，提供给品类采购员启动寻源工作。Work with a cross team (Engineering, Quality, Supply chain, ILC) to prepare RFQ documents for commodity buyers to start sourcing activity.
1.3 项目阶段零部件成本主导者，与寻源采购员紧密合作，能够挑战设计方案和供应商报价，为公司争取最优价格。Champion of component cost at project phase, closely working with sourcing buyers, able to challenge design and supplier quotation to achieve best price for company.
1.4 样品及模具订单负责人，跟进按时交付。Sample & Tooling order owner, following up delivery on time.
1.5 项目所需时，负责与供应商签订项目制合同。Champion of contact signed with supplier for project when needed.
1.6 确保采购策略、产品路线图及业务协同效应保持一致。Align purchasing strategy with product roadmaps and business synergies.
2、技术协作与风险缓解Technical Collaboration & Risk Mitigation
2.1 审阅工程图纸、规格书，提供采购视角的见解。Review engineering drawings, specifications, to provide purchasing insights.
2.2 识别并缓解供应链风险（例如：单一来源依赖、地缘政治问题、合规性问题）。Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., single-source dependencies, geopolitical issues, compliance).
3、跨职能领导力Cross-functional Leadership
3.1 与项目管理、质量和财务部门协调，确保项目按时并在预算内交付。Align with Project Management, Quality, and Finance to ensure on-time project delivery within budget.
3.2 作为集团项目采购（PCO）的对接人。Window person with group project purchasing for PCO.
任职资格与要求Qualifications & Requirements
1、电气工程、机械工程或相关技术领域学士学位。Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
2、10 年以上工作经验，其中至少 3 年在汽车、工业或能源领域（UPS / 电池 / 电力电子领域优先）的项目采购 / 寻源经验。10+ years’ work experience, including 3+ years in project purchasing/sourcing within automotive, industrial or energy sectors (UPS/battery/power electronics preferred).
3、具备工程背景和项目管理经验者优先。Engineering background and Project management experience is a plus.
4、能够阅读技术图纸、规格书。Ability of reading technical drawings, specifications.
5、深刻理解 UPS 组件（例如：IGBT、电容器、变压器）和制造工艺。Deep understanding of UPS components (e.g., IGBTs, capacitors, transformers) and manufacturing processes.
6、精通按成本设计（DTC）、成本模拟建模和增值工程（价值工程）。Expertise in design-to-cost (DTC), should-cost modeling, and value engineering.
