工作内容:

1. 行业与公司研究：支持大科技行业（含高端制造、半导体、计算机、生命科学及相关细分领域）内上市公司的研究工作；建立并维护完善的行业及个股数据库。
2. 财务分析与建模：深入分析标的公司财务报表、商业模式、核心竞争优势及估值指标；构建并优化全面的财务模型，为估值及投资分析提供支撑。
3. 研究报告撰写：撰写高质量的中英文研究报告，包括深度专题报告、公司点评、会议纪要等，确保内容准确、表述清晰且符合专业标准。
4. 外部资源对接：与上市公司管理团队、行业专家、券商分析师及机构投资者保持常态化高效沟通；主动搜集关键行业及企业信息，及时输出投资洞见。
5. 团队支持：协助完成团队内部其他工作，包括但不限于ESG报告编制、内部信息系统维护及跨部门协作任务。

任职资格与要求

1. 本科及以上学历应届毕业生；理工科专业背景或具备相关实业工作经验者优先考虑。
2. 对投资行业抱有真挚热情，且有明确意愿在投资研究领域长期发展。
3. 具备卓越的分析能力、批判性思维，能够将复杂信息提炼为清晰结论。
4. 中英文听说读写能力娴熟，可撰写专业英文研究报告。
5. 精通微软Excel，具备扎实的财务分析及建模能力。
6. 诚信，谦逊，注重细节，自我驱动力强；具备良好的团队合作精神及人际沟通能力

Job description: ​

1. Sector & Company Research: Support research on listed companies within the large technology sector, including advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, computer science, life sciences, and related sub-fields. Establish and maintain robust industry and individual stock databases.​

2. Financial Analysis & Modeling:
Perform in-depth analysis of target companies' financial statements, business models, core competitive advantages, and valuation metrics. Develop and refine comprehensive financial models to support valuation and investment analysis.​

3. Research Report Development: Produce
high-quality research reports in both Chinese and English, including in-depth
thematic reports, company commentaries, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to professional standards.​

4. External Resource Engagement: Maintain
regular and effective communication with listed company management teams,industry experts, brokerage analysts, and institutional investors. Proactively gather critical industry and company information and deliver timely investment insights.​

5. Team Support: Assist with other internal
team initiatives, including but not limited to ESG report compilation,
maintenance of internal information systems, and cross-departmental
collaboration tasks.​
