Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy and Global Marketing Planning
o Develop and implement corporate-level brand and marketing strategies, including brand marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
o effectively communicate the core brand value to customers based on the company's brand positioning.
2. Product Promotion and Market Activity Management
o Actively participate in product development and market positioning. Formulate global market activity plans and integrated promotion strategies.
o Plan and execute market activities, including but not limited to exhibitions, roadshows, new product launches, and online integrated marketing campaigns.
3. Market Research and Competitive Analysis
o Continuously analyse global market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, producing insightful reports.
o Optimize product portfolios and market strategies based on data-driven insights.
4. Partnership and Ecosystem Development
o Establish and maintain key global partnerships to drive project implementation and business expansion.
o Represent the company at major international exhibitions and forums to enhance the brand's global influence.
5. Budget and Performance Evaluation
o Develop annual marketing budgets and manage ROI effectively.
o Regularly evaluate marketing campaign performance, report to senior management, and propose improvement plans.
6. Team Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration
o Lead and empower the global marketing team (≥10 members), establishing efficient processes and talent development pipelines.
o Collaborate closely with sales, product, technical support, and other departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
· Experience:
o 10+ years of experience in marketing and brand management. Be familiar with PV module、PV inverter.
o At least 5 years of experience in managing international marketing teams in the renewable energy or industrial durable goods sector, preferably in medium to large-sized companies.
o Experience working in companies with annual sales of at least 2 billion, Demonstrated experience in branding, product marketing strategies, and strategy implementation.
o Global market promotion experience is highly desirable.
· Skills:
o Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and market promotion.
o Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and project management capabilities.
o Fluency in both English and Chinese, with excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Attributes
· Knowledge of the solar/ESS/renewable energy industry is a significant advantage.
