Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the assembly process and equipment improvement.
2. Responsible for the downtime and quality issues caused by assembly equipment.
3. Procurement and acceptance of new equipment and fixtures.
4. Making, review and training of production process documents, procedure, work instruction…
5. Optimization of assembly process/parameter/mistaken proof etc…
6. Cooperate with other departments to conduct customer audits.
7. Lead PFMEA and flow chart generation and regular review with cross function support.
8. Support project team to finish the new product building.
9.Fulfill TPM on time and effective
10.Comminucate with global team for technical topic.
11. Equipment Operation Rate/Equipment maintenance completement rate meet target.
12. Equipment MTBF and MTTR interactor meet target.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, or similar Expertise;
2. Expertise in manufacturing Management on Mechanical/Electronics engineering, automation machine development;
3. English in written and spoken.
