Responsibilities:
Introduction of new production techniques and technologies into the manufacturing process
1. Creation of specifications for the procurement of technical equipment and follow-up till SOP
2. Cost consciousness with the concept development and procurement of new equipment and resources
3. Continuous improvement and adaptation of existing processes and procedures (setup optimization, workplace design, layout, machine utilization, etc.) as well as process cost reduction
4. Overall coordinate the standardization of process and equipment in the plant and align with development.
5. Independent and autonomous work in the completion of the tasks set
6. Estimate and track project costs
7. Cycle time calculating and optimization
8. Creation and maintain of "Value Strem Map”, "Process Flow Chart's
9. Preparation and implementation of "DFMA Workshops".
10. Preparation of capacity calculations and eliminate capacity bottlenecks
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree.
2. Experience in Automotive Electronical field with NPI and IE practice
3. Knowledge in IATF16949:2016 requirements
4. Experience in project management, PMP is plus
5. Experience in industrial engineering field (Capacity planning, VSM and Lean line design etc.)
6. Certain experience in machine design (concept)
7. Cross-cultural project experience is must
8. Very good skills in English (both verbal and writing)
