Responsibilities:
1. Improve the current product design (automotive antennas and switches) base on quality, productivity and saving issues.
2. Interface with ENG centers and suppliers focal person for electronics related issues between plant and customer.
3. Coordinate with all department the modification and improvements (internal and external).
4. Participate in new program launching and share expertise in electronics.
5. Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.
6. Circuit calculations and simulations, validation and tests of prototypes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, and Engineering Degree in Electronics is preferred.
2. 5 years work experience in automotive industry, familiar with IATF16949; basic knowledge of ISO26262. About 2 years work experience with bachelor degree from 211 university is also preferred.
3. Experience in design (technical products preferably in automotive industry) Specific knowledge and software tools: electronics knowledge, software for drawing and creating schematics and printed circuit boards, calculation and simulations of electronic circuits.
4. Working experience with Mentor Graphics xDx Designer environment.
5. Experience with configuration and maintenance of Mentor Graphics
6. Working experience with Change Management tools and process
7. Experience in electronics design for EMI/EMC compliance, EMC knowledge.
8. Basic oral English requirement, written English is proficient.
9. Strong self-motivation, driving for Results.
