岗位职责:

1.实施抗体、ADC药物质谱表征相关检测项目（如完整分子量、序列覆盖率、二硫键、翻译后修饰、N-糖谱、质量肽图等）的检验。根据检测计划，按期完成检验工作。

Responsible for carrying out experimental activities on testing related to the characterization of mAbs、ADC ( e.g., intact mass, sequence coverage, disulfide bond, post-translational modification,N-glycan profile,peptide mapping identification,etc.). Complete the testing work on schedule according to plan.

2.负责起草操作类的SOPs，包括分析方法、仪器操作。

Responsible for drafting SOPs related to method and instrument operation.

3.负责参与表征板块注册资料撰写。

Responsible for participating in the writing of registration materials for the characterization section.

4.负责管理、维护保养检验设备，确保检验设备可正常运行且在有效期内。协助主管完成对新设备的安装、调试、校准、确认以及设备档案的建立工作。

Responsible for the management and maintenance of instruments to ensure the instruments should be running properly and within the validity period. Assist supervisors in the installation, commissioning, calibration, and validation of new instruments as well as the creation of equipment files.

5.完成主管分配的其他工作和职责。

Any other job and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

任职要求:

至少2年从事抗体药物蛋白表征分析相关检测的实践经验,用过QE-plus的优先考虑。

At least two years of practical experience in operation of characterization analysis of antibody drug protein，the one who have the experience with QE-plus are preferred.

能够阅读相关的英文资料。

Be able to read related English materials.

至少具有药学或相关专业本科学历（或中级专业技术职称或执业药师资格）。

Must, at a minimum, have an educational qualification of an undergraduate course in pharmacy or related sciences (or with a technical title at middle grade or licensed pharmacist)
