Job Responsibility:
1. Process Development & Optimization
- Organize technical review in advance with internal department and Customer.
- Develop new product manufacturing processes, conduct feasibility studies.
- Work with tooling design and material development teams to ensure products delivery with expected quality
- Analyze and enhance existing processes
2. Quality & Tools
- Implement quality control measures (SPC, root cause analysis, IATF standards).
- Familiar to problem solving analysis tools: 8D, DOE, A3, and lean system
3. Troubleshooting & Efficiency
- Resolve production issues (e.g., cycle time reduction, defect minimization).
- Lead cost-saving initiatives
4. Documentation & Training
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and train operators
- Set up BOM and routing for new products
5. Project management
- Lead project development as Parker standard procedure in BPM,
- Kick off JR for assigned projects in BPM
Qualifications:
➢ Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Polymer Material / Engineering, PMP certification is
preferred.
➢ Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience of rubber product development in Automotive or life sciences
industries, familiar to overmolding and bonding process is preferred.
➢ Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management.
➢ Special Knowledge: Fluent in written and oral English; Knowledge of rubber materials and manufacturing
process; better understanding of ISO 13485 system and IATF16949 system
