Position Summary:
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for rubber products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Reports to the Engineering Manager, interacts with QA, Production, Accounting, Planning departments, outside
with suppliers and customers, etc.
Job Responsibility:
1. Process Development & Optimization
- Organize technical review in advance with internal department and Customer.
- Develop new product manufacturing processes, conduct feasibility studies.
- Work with tooling design and material development teams to ensure products delivery with expected quality
- Analyze and enhance existing processes
2. Quality & Tools
- Implement quality control measures (SPC, root cause analysis, IATF standards).
- Familiar to problem solving analysis tools: 8D, DOE, A3, and lean system
3. Troubleshooting & Efficiency
- Resolve production issues (e.g., cycle time reduction, defect minimization).
- Lead cost-saving initiatives
4. Documentation & Training
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and train operators
- Set up BOM and routing for new products
5. Project management
- Lead project development as standard procedure in BPM,
- Kick off JR for assigned projects in BPM
Qualifications:
➢ Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Polymer Material / Engineering, PMP certification is
preferred.
➢ Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience of rubber product development in Automotive or life sciences
industries, familiar to Compression molding and bonding process is preferred.
➢ Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management.
➢ Special Knowledge: Knowledge of rubber materials and manufacturing process; better understanding of ISO 13485 system and IATF16949 system

- 熟悉问题解决分析工具：8D、DOE、A3及精益系统
3. 故障排除与效率提升
- 解决生产问题（如缩短周期时间、减少缺陷）。
- 推动成本节约举措
4. 文档与培训
- 制定标准操作程序（SOP）、工作指令并培训操作人员
- 建立新产品的物料清单（BOM）和工艺路线
5. 项目管理
- 作为标准流程在BPM中领导项目开发，
- 在BPM中启动分配项目的JR
资格要求：
➢ 教育背景：本科及以上学历。专业为聚合物材料/工程，PMP认证优先。
➢ 经验：汽车或生命科学行业橡胶产品开发至少5年经验，熟悉模压和粘接工艺者优先。
➢ 软技能：具备良好的沟通能力、问题解决能力和项目管理能力。
➢ 专业知识：了解橡胶材料及制造工艺；对ISO 13485体系和IATF16949体系有更深入的理解。
