The structural Engineer has a broad knowledge about structural validation and structural design principles.
Main areas of responsibility:
∙Execution of structural calculations of secondary structures, primarily access components, ensuring that it is performed according to applicable design guideline/rules/basis.
∙Close collaboration with project organization to contribute to deliver projects effectively and on time.
∙Gather inputs from stakeholders on requirements.
∙Together with design engineers take ownership of assigned components within Agile team.
∙Review on work done by other structural engineers according to inhouse review process definition.
Qualifications & Competences:
∙B.Sc or M.Sc in mechanical engineering or corresponding professional experience with a minimum of 8 years of experience within the structural field ,preferably from the wind industry.
∙Experience within Ansys, APDL, Python and are familiar with Eurocode and common guidelines and standards.
∙Approach the work with a thorough and structured mindset.
∙Possess the ability to think outside the box and devise innovative solutions to overcoming challenges.
∙Independent and proactive self-starter, taking ownership of own projects and persistently pursue goals.
∙Striving in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding team dynamics.
∙Possess strong communication skills in English, orally and in writing.
