The Mechanical Design Engineer have a broad knowledge within the mechanical design field and is driving own activities on all product states in NPD projects until handover of serial BOM. The mechanical design engineer has a broad interface to different stakeholders and is part of a dynamic and multicultural R&D environment in a large and international organization.
Main areas of responsibility:
∙Specify the requirements that need to be included in the design solution.
∙Development of concepts and design in detail of mechanical subsystems and components categorized as SSP (Small Steel Parts), like steel structures, platforms, stairs, railings, piping, etc.
∙Large assemblies and advance shapes in 3D modeling using NX Siemens PLM. Using Teamcenter Siemens PLM as a document management system for e.g. administration of CAD models.
∙Perform rough structural calculations on secondary structures (displacement, static yield, and vibration).
∙Technical documentation like 2D drafting with Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS), D-FMEA, EHS Design Risk Assessment,Tolerance Stack Analysis, Purchase specification, etc.
∙Execute design reviews with stakeholders and balance important requirements.
∙Specification of test requirements, participation, and coordination of test activities to validate design.
∙Participate in prototype- & pre-series assembly in workshop and implement lessons learned.
∙Release of the engineering design and documentation package.
Qualifications & Competences:
∙Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar,with minimum 3 years of experience within product development and mechanical design engineering, preferably from the Wind industry.
∙Good knowledge of manufacturing processes like welding and machining.
∙Experience with NX PLM, Teamcenter PLM will be an advantage.
∙Experience with structural calculations will be an advantage.
∙Experience with the Machinery directive 2006/42/EC and with relevant technical standards such as EN ISO 14122 series will be an advantage.
∙Experience with Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS)will be an advantage.
∙Self-starter, structured and pro-active problem solver that work well both independently and in teams.
∙High degree of personal planning and able to meet deadlines.
∙Possess strong communication skills in English, orally and in writing.

说明：公司与客户对风力发电机中的金属结构件进行联合设计，外派人员到丹麦客户处工作，与客户团队一起进行产品设计。
外派时间计划为2025/8-2026/3，根据实际情况可能延长0.5-1年。外派结束后，回到国内沈阳公司工作。
除工资（8K-16K，根据个人经验和能力评估）外，公司提供人员在国外的住宿、定期往返国内机票及合理的（根据当地生活水平）外派补助。英语可作为工作语言，书面和口语都需要。
