As a Packaging Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Design & Packaging Department, supporting daily packaging development tasks. You will participate in the entire process from packaging material evaluation to packaging solution implementation, ensuring the safety, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness of product packaging. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Packaging Material Evaluation: Assist in screening and evaluating new packaging materials, analyzing factors such as material properties, costs, and environmental impacts.
包材评估：协助进行新包材的筛选与评估，分析材料性能、成本及环境影响等因素。

2. Packaging Solution Review: Participate in designing and reviewing packaging solutions to ensure compliance with product characteristics, market demands, and regulatory requirements.
包装方案审核：参与设计并审核包装方案，确保符合产品特性、市场需求及法律法规要求。

3. Data Processing and Entry: Accurately record and process packaging-related data, including cost analysis, performance test results, etc., and effectively enter them into the system. Proficiency in computer operation and proficiency in using Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software for data organization, report writing, and presentation creation are required.
数据处理与录入：准确记录并处理包装相关的数据，包括成本分析、性能测试结果等，并有效录入系统。

4. Market Trend Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, collect and analyze information on new materials and technologies in the packaging field, and provide innovative ideas for the team.
市场趋势研究：关注行业动态，收集并分析包装领域的新材料、新技术信息，为团队提供创新思路。

Requirements:
【任职要求】
• Bachelor's degree or above in Packaging Engineering, Polymer Materials, Materials Science, or related fields.
包装工程、高分子材料、材料科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Good English reading ability, able to read and understand English emails and documents materials.
具备良好的英语阅读能力，能够阅读并理解英文邮件及文件材料。
• Familiarity with packaging material properties, interested in sustainable packaging
熟悉包装材料及性能，对可持续包装感兴趣
• Proficient in computer operation and proficient in using Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software.
熟练操作电脑，精通Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件
• Knowledge of packaging design software is preferred.
了解包装设计软件者优先
• Relevant packaging work experience will be preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
有包装相关工作经验者优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑
• Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and communication skills; meticulous and rigorous, able to work under pressure.
