Our client is an innovation leader in manufacture of automatic-feeding systems for swine producers. lts products and solutions offer a variety of possibilities to optimize the consumption of fresh food for sows, which results in increasing productivity performance. With almost 30 years of expertise, the company exports in more than 30 countries and has experienced significant growth in recent years. As part of its continued development, the company is currently seeking to recruit a Technical Service Engineer to strengthen its technical service activities in China.

岗位职责概述 Mission and Responsibilities:

作为一名技术服务工程师,你需要通过远程支持、RMA 维修以及客户现场服务等方式,为公司设备提供全面的技术支持。该岗位在设备安装、调试、启动、故障排查及后续跟进等各阶段为客户提供支持,主要服务于农业及养猪应用场景。

The Technical Service Engineer provides technical support for company’s equipment through a combination of remote assistance, RMA repair activities, and on-site customer service. The role supports customers during installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and follow-up phases, primarily in agricultural and pig farm environments.

主要职责:

• Provide prompt and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits.
• 通过电话、电子邮件、远程支持工具及客户现场拜访等方式,为客户提供及时、专业的技术支持。

• Perform RMA activities, including diagnostics, repair, testing, and documentation of returned equipment.
• 执行 RMA(退货返修)相关工作,包括故障诊断、维修、测试以及返修设备的文档记录。

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, and system-related issues.
• 诊断并解决设备在机械、电子及系统层面的各类技术问题。

• Support installation, commissioning, and start-up of company’s equipment at customer sites.
• 在客户现场支持公司设备的安装、调试、验收及启动运行。

• Train customers on equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, and best practices.
• 对客户进行设备操作、基础故障排查及使用实践的培训。

• Provide remote training on software, network connectivity, and mobile applications related to company’s systems.
• 就公司系统相关的软件、网络连接及移动应用,为客户提供远程培训与支持。

• Maintain accurate service and RMA records, including troubleshooting actions and resolutions.
• 维护准确、完整的服务记录及 RMA 文档,包括故障处理过程与解决方案。

• Identify recurring technical issues and escalate improvement opportunities to internal teams.
• 识别重复性或共性技术问题,并将改进建议及时反馈至内部相关团队。

• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and R&D teams as needed.
• 根据需要与客户服务、运营及研发团队进行跨部门协作。

• Participate in regular team meetings and technical updates.
• 参与定期的团队会议及技术培训/更新。

• Travel to customer sites when required (including overnight stays).
• 根据工作需要前往客户现场出差(包括需要过夜的出差)

Requirements 任职要求:

Education & Experience 学历与经验:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, IT, Automation, Livestock Farming or Agriculture.
• 电子、机械、信息技术、自动化、畜牧或农业等相关专业,本科或硕士学历。

• 2–5 years experience in technical service, RMA, maintenance, or field support.
• 具有 2–5 年技术服务、RMA、设备维护或现场技术支持相关工作经验。

Technical Skills 技术技能:

• Experience with agricultural, livestock, or industrial equipment preferred.
• 有农业、畜牧或工业设备相关经验者优先。

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and system troubleshooting.
• 具备机械、电子及系统故障排查的基础知识。

• Experience in technical service, RMA, maintenance, or field support.
• 具备技术服务、RMA、设备维护或现场支持经验。

• Welding experience/Knowing use welding tools for small electronic components and electric boards.
• 有焊接经验/熟悉使用焊接工具处理小型电子元器件和电路板。

Soft Skills 软技能:

Languages 语言要求:

• Fluent in Mandarin.
• 普通话流利

• The primary working language is English (medium to good level), reading and writing is required, spoken English is a must have.
• 主要工作语言为英语(中等至良好水平),需具备良好的英语听说读写能力(口语必须)。

Travel Requirements 出差要求:

• Travel frequency: 30 % at least, business travel national wide across China, mainly tier-2 cities and countryside areas.
• 出差频率:至少 30%,出差范围覆盖中国全国,主要集中在二线城市及乡村地区。

• Frequent on-site farm visits and field work.
• 需频繁前往客户农场现场进行工作与服务。

Preferred Qualifications 优先条件(加分项)

• Strong farm knowledge is highly valued.
• 拥有较强的农场/养殖场业务知识。

• Combination of both hardware and software would be ideal.
• 具备硬件与软件双向能力者优先。

• Hands-on field experience preferred.
• 有现场实操经验者优先。

• Welding experience/Knowing use welding tools is a plus, for small electronic components and electric boards.
• 有焊接经验/熟悉焊接工具使用者优先,尤其是用于小型电子元器件和电路板维修。
