1. Ramp up and ensure series production within a battery plant and ensure volume, quality and continuous improvement in accordance with the defined key performance indicators;
2. Maintenance – Improve maintenance system (Preventive/Corrective Mtnc.) and solve technical problems in the line;
3. Quality Management – Solve operational quality problems jointly, initiate short- and long-term measures, and verify the preventive quality measures;
4. Production – Facilitate the problem-solving process within production, check the process execution, steer production, process and maintenance team run towards to same goal and systematic cooperation. Improve processes and check the implementation;
5. Production Material Control – Synergy on demand plan vs. volume output;
6. Proficient knowledge in MS-Office especially in PPT and Excel;
7. Fluency in English and Chinese.
