Job description：

• Responsible for identifying Ergo risk and optimization proposal;

• Responsible for deviation finding between process requirement and Ergo analysis;

• Responsible for factory Ergo status documentation and modification;

• Have ability to find the potential of process economy as an lE role in CI (continuously improve) project;

• Support launch team to do the Ergonomics analysis for new product validation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above, major in mechanical, automotive engineer or industrial engineering;

• Basic knowledgeable in LEAN, specific in ergonomics analysis as a plus;

• Excellent in data analytical skills;

• Proficient English would be an advantage, or can be used as business language;

• Proficient with computer operation and MS office.
