Position Summary

We seek an experienced Accounting Manager/Senior
Accounting Specialist with manufacturing and/or 3PL
(third-party logistics) industry background to oversee full-cycle
accounting operations for China entities. This individual contributor role
requires prior expertise in both manufacturing finance, cost accounting and 3PL
management.

• Industry Expertise: Minimum 3 years manufacturing +
2 years 3PL management experience

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & 3PL Accounting management:

• Manage cost accounting for production and transactions with 3PL
services

• Analyze logistics costs and service charges

• Optimize manufacturing and supply chain costs with VP of SCM

Financial Operations:

• Handle AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, and month-end closing

• Prepare financial statements (PRC GAAP/HK GAAP)

• Ensure ERP (EPR system) data accuracy

• Ensure weekly, monthly, Quarterly, and annual reports and
forecast data accuracy and timely release them for approval, alone with upload
to HQ host.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Lead tax filings (VAT, CIT, WHT)

• Liaise with local tax authorities and auditors

• Implement internal controls
