Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasurer with manufacturing
and/or 3PL (third-party logistics) industry background to manage all
treasury operations for TydenBrooks China entities. The ideal candidate should
have substantial experience in treasury management within manufacturing
environments and familiarity with 3PL financial operations, especially export-related
value-added tax (VAT) special invoices, VAT refunds, and customs payment
vouchers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cash & Liquidity Management
- Manage daily cash positions and optimize cash flow
cycles for China operations and transactions with 3PL services as
applicable.
- Oversee working capital requirements for China operations
and logistics activities.
2. Banking & Payment Operations
- Handle all online banking transactions for
manufacturing and logistics payments including but not limited to scanning
and upload invoices for payment or AR; entry of bank receipts and payments
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual declaration of national and local
taxes, corporate income tax and export tax rebates.
- Process supplier payments and maintain data accuracy
to support SCM.
- Manage letters of credit for manufacturing imports and
logistics contracts as applicable.
3. Foreign Exchange & Risk Management

Forecasting cash flow for
13 weeks and monthly funding requirements

Provide suggestions to hedge
currency exposures for manufacturing materials and 3PL services
- Monitor FX risks related to international logistics
operations
- Ensure compliance with SAFE regulations for
cross-border transactions
4. Compliance & Controls
- Ensure proper documentation and transparency for all
treasury activities to comply with Law in China and HQ compliances.
- Support and cooperation with internal/external audits by
3rd party firm and by HQ.
5. Supply Chain Finance
- Coordinate payment terms with manufacturing suppliers
and 3PL providers
- Review logistics service agreements from financial
perspective
- Align treasury operations with ordering and production
schedules
