Responsibilities:

Lead the requirement technical feasibility, development timeline evaluation as well as cost estimation
Create the function development plan and confirm with the relevant partners
Continuously track the progress , ensure the timely delivery and fulfill technical requirements
Organize test team to provide the testing plan, follow up error tickets and organize the debugging activities
Issues and risks management, including identification，evaluation，countermeasure，action.
Lead the internal EG and GQ test issues docking, cooperate with analysis and problem solving to complete the E2E release
Improve or define the product design and development process to guide the work of the team and related partners
Lead to accomplish technical and conceptual benchmarking, product capability and trend analysis on infotainment system

Requirements:

Infotainment system/HMI knowledge, familiar with intelligent cockpit functions
experience in head unit software development
Project management knowledge (time management, planning, monitoring), relevant certification is preferred
Good team player and excellent communication skills
Strong ability to handle conflicts constructively
Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory
