Overview
Reporting to the Accounting Director, you will be responsible for timely and accurate accounting records, asset management, tax filing, internal control compliance, external audits supporting, and other assigned responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger and prepare month-end closing packages
- Oversee fixed asset management, including recording, account reconciliation, and audit support
- Prepare accounting group reports and support both internal and external audits
- Review and approve Concur expense reports in accordance with corporate T&E policy
- Process vendor and employee reimbursements (domestic and international)
- Manage purchase orders (approval in Kingdee and tracking)
- Handle VAT refund applications, including invoice verification and report submission
- Prepare and submit tax returns (e.g., turnover tax, corporate income tax)
- Apply for government incentives and support funds
- Manage treasury operations, including bank transactions and petty cash
- Coordinate with the US team and local banks to process employee stock compensation payments
- Maintain master data in Kingdee (employee, vendor, account codes, etc.)
- Prepare financial reports as required by government authorities
- Conduct quarterly compliance training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with solid knowledge of PRC GAAP and US GAAP
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational company preferred
Intermediate Accounting Certification is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Kingdee ERP system is a plus
- Proficiency in handling multi-currency transactions and GAAP reconciliation
- Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
