Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责
1.Develop and implement overseas channel distributor sales strategies, focusing on Russia, Europe, Middle East, Central Asia, North America, South America to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals. 负责制定并执行海外渠道分销商销售策略，聚焦俄罗斯，中东，中亚，欧洲和南北美市场，达成销售业绩指标及市场拓展目标。
2.Identify, screen, and develop high-quality channel distributors in the target overseas markets, establish and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships with distributors. 挖掘、筛选并开发目标海外市场的优质渠道分销商，与分销商建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系。
3.Assist distributors in carrying out market promotion activities, including product promotion, brand promotion, and sales support, to enhance the market penetration and sales volume of products in the target regions. 协助分销商开展市场推广活动，包括产品推广、品牌宣传、销售支持等工作，提升产品在目标区域的市场渗透率和销售量。
4.Monitor the sales performance of distributors, analyze sales data, identify problems and potential opportunities, and provide corresponding solutions and improvement suggestions. 监控分销商的销售业绩，分析销售数据，发现问题及潜在机会，提供相应的解决方案及改进建议。
5.Coordinate with internal departments (such as product, marketing, logistics, after-sales) to provide comprehensive support for distributors, ensuring the smooth progress of product supply, delivery, and after-sales service. 协调公司内部各部门（如产品、市场、物流、售后等）为分销商提供全方位支持，保障产品供应、交付及售后服务的顺利开展。
6.Collect and sort out market information, competitor information, and distributor feedback in the target overseas markets, and submit regular market analysis reports to the superior. 收集整理目标海外市场的市场信息、竞争对手信息及分销商反馈，定期向上级提交市场分析报告。
7.Comply with the company's sales management system and relevant regulations, complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the superior. 遵守公司销售管理制度及相关规定，完成上级交办的其他与销售相关的工作任务。
Job Requirements / 任职要求
1.Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, or related fields is preferred. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语、市场营销等相关专业优先。
2.Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of overseas channel sales experience, with experience in Logistic automation equipment, AGV, Robot is preferred; those with existing distributor resources in the target overseas markets will be essential. 工作经验：至少3-5年海外渠道销售经验，有[目标行业，如：消费电子、家电、机械设备]行业经验者优先；拥有目标海外市场现有分销商资源为必要条件。
3.Language Ability: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to use English as the working language; mastery of other foreign languages (such as Spanish, German) is a plus. 语言能力：精通英语（听、说、读、写），能以英语作为工作语言；掌握其他外语（如西班牙语或德语）者加分。
4.Professional Skills: Familiar with overseas channel distribution operation models and market rules, with strong distributor development and management capabilities; good at sales data analysis and market research; having certain negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities. 专业技能：熟悉海外渠道分销运作模式及市场规则，具备较强的分销商开发与管理能力；擅长销售数据分析及市场调研；具备一定的谈判技巧及问题解决能力。
5.Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, target-oriented, good communication and coordination skills and team spirit; able to adapt to overseas business trips (if needed); proactive, hardworking, and able to work under pressure. 综合素质：责任心强，目标导向明确，具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神；能适应海外出差（如有需要）；积极主动，吃苦耐劳，可承受一定的工作压力。
6.Other Requirements: Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); having relevant industry certifications is a plus. 其他要求：熟悉办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）；拥有相关行业认证者加分。
