Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责
1.Develop and implement proactive digital media promotion strategies for overseas markets, focusing on Russia, Europe, Middle East, Central Asia, North America, South America and core overseas platforms (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, TikTok, local mainstream social media/forums) to enhance brand visibility and product influence. 负责制定并执行海外市场网络媒体主动推广策略,聚焦俄罗斯,中东,中亚,欧洲和南北美市场,依托谷歌、脸书、油管、Instagram、领英、TikTok及当地主流社交媒体/论坛等核心平台,提升品牌知名度及产品影响力。
2.Plan and launch proactive digital promotion campaigns, including content creation, ad placement, KOL cooperation, and community operations, to drive product exposure, traffic growth and potential customer leads. 策划并落地主动网络推广活动,涵盖内容创作、广告投放、KOL合作、社群运营等,实现产品曝光提升、流量增长及潜在客户挖掘。
3.Monitor and analyze the effect of overseas digital promotion campaigns, track key data indicators (such as exposure, click-through rate, conversion rate, ROI), summarize experience and optimize promotion strategies in a timely manner. 监控并分析海外网络推广活动效果,追踪曝光量、点击率、转化率、投资回报率等核心数据指标,总结经验并及时优化推广策略。
4.Conduct research on overseas target markets, competitors' digital promotion strategies and industry trends, collect and sort out user feedback, and provide data support and strategy suggestions for the company's overseas market expansion. 调研海外目标市场、竞争对手网络推广策略及行业趋势,收集整理用户反馈,为公司海外市场拓展提供数据支持及策略建议。
5.Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, design) to ensure the consistency of promotion content with product positioning and brand image, and provide marketing support for overseas sales channels. 协同公司内部团队(产品、销售、设计等),确保推广内容与产品定位、品牌形象一致,为海外销售渠道提供营销支持。
6.Manage overseas digital promotion budgets, control promotion costs reasonably, and maximize the effectiveness of budget utilization. 负责海外网络推广预算管理,合理控制推广成本,实现预算使用效益最大化。
7.Stay updated on the latest trends and functional updates of overseas digital media platforms, introduce innovative promotion methods and tools to improve promotion efficiency. 关注海外网络媒体平台最新动态及功能更新,引入创新推广方式及工具,提升推广效率。
8.Identify, screen, and develop high-quality channel distributors in the target overseas markets, establish and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships with distributors. 挖掘、筛选并开发目标海外市场的优质渠道分销商,与分销商建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系。
9.Assist distributors in carrying out market promotion activities, including product promotion, brand promotion, and sales support, to enhance the market penetration and sales volume of products in the target regions. 协助分销商开展市场推广活动,包括产品推广、品牌宣传、销售支持等工作,提升产品在目标区域的市场渗透率和销售量。
10.Coordinate with internal departments (such as product, marketing, logistics, after-sales) to provide comprehensive support for distributors, ensuring the smooth progress of product supply, delivery, and after-sales service. 协调公司内部各部门(如产品、市场、物流、售后等)为分销商提供全方位支持,保障产品供应、交付及售后服务的顺利开展。
11.Comply with the company's sales management system and relevant regulations, complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the superior. 遵守公司销售管理制度及相关规定,完成上级交办的其他与销售相关的工作任务。
Job Requirements / 任职要求
1.Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, International Business, English, or related fields is preferred. 学历背景:本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告学、数字媒体、国际商务、英语等相关专业优先。
2.Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in overseas digital media promotion, with experience in industry, e.g., consumer electronics, home appliances, cross-border e-commerce and logistic automation is preferred; those with successful cases of overseas social media promotion or paid advertising are highly preferred. 工作经验:至少2年海外网络媒体推广经验,有消费电子、家电、跨境电商行、物流自动化行业经验者优先;拥有海外社交媒体推广或付费广告成功案例者优先考虑。
3.Language Ability: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing, CET6 or above), able to independently create and edit English promotion content; mastery of other foreign languages (Spanish, German, etc.) is a plus. 语言能力:精通英语(听、说、读、写,英语六级或以上),能独立创作及编辑英文推广内容;掌握其他外语(西班牙语、德语等)者加分。
4.Professional Skills: Familiar with the operation rules and promotion models of mainstream overseas digital media platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.); proficient in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.); having strong content creation, copywriting and visual communication abilities; good at data analysis and strategy optimization. 专业技能:熟悉海外主流网络媒体平台(谷歌、脸书、TikTok等)的运营规则及推广模式;熟练使用数字营销工具(谷歌分析、脸书广告管理平台等);具备较强的内容创作、文案撰写及视觉沟通能力;擅长数据分析及策略优化。
5.Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, target-oriented, proactive and innovative; good communication and coordination skills and team spirit; able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm and work under pressure; sensitive to market trends and user needs. 综合素质:责任心强,目标导向明确,积极主动且富有创新精神;具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神;能适应快节奏工作节奏,可承受一定的工作压力;对市场趋势及用户需求敏感。
6.Other Requirements: Familiar with office software and design tools (PS, Canva, etc.) is a plus; understanding of cross-border e-commerce operation logic is a bonus. 其他要求:熟悉办公软件及设计工具(PS、Canva等)者加分;了解跨境电商运营逻辑者优先。
