Job Responsibility

Part A：International Logistics

l By coordinating with various international logistics carriers to track and monitor orders in the international logistics process, ensure the accuracy of daily report

l Responsible for international logistics audit

l Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Part B：Last mile logistics

l Maintain coordination with overseas colleagues in last-mile logistics department to keep the high-efficiency of daily work and ensure accuracy of the daily report

l Responsible for monitoring monthly logistics cost of delivery, making statistical analysis of monthly delivery data and providing timely feedback for adjusting pricing properly

l Assist logistics manager to undertake internal and external demands, standardize & optimize logistics operation processes, introduce high-quality logistics partners as well as increase customers’ satisfaction

l Cooperate with logistics manager to draft and evaluate the KPI performance assessment for overseas colleagues in last-mile logistics department

Requirements and Qualifications

l 26-35 years old, graduated with a bachelor's degree in English, Business English, International Trade, Logistics Management or related majors

l CET-6 at least, TEM-8 and TOEIC 650+ is preferred. Biz English level with proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Having experience in Studying Abroad or Exchange is preferred

l Proficient in using office software (IBNL PPT, Word, and Excel), with basic data analysis skills

l Able to familiarize business and system operation in a short period of time

l Take work seriously and responsibly, be able to complete assigned tasks accurately and quickly

l Interested in B2C or B2B and have strong willingness to contribute to the cross-border E-commerce industry

l Have a certain ability to withstand work pressure.
