职位描述
1. 拓展和管理海外经销商渠道,建立长期合作关系
Develop and manage overseas distributor channels and build long-term partnerships.
2. 深入了解客户需求,提供专业的产品解决方案,推动订单转化
Understand customer needs, provide professional product solutions, and drive order conversion.
3. 定期与海外客户沟通,跟进项目进展,确保客户满意度
Maintain regular communication with overseas clients, follow up on project progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. 代表公司参加海外行业展会、研讨会及商务活动,扩大品牌影响力
Represent the company at international exhibitions, seminars, and business events to enhance brand visibility.
5. 协助制定并执行海外市场营销和销售策略,完成销售目标
Assist in developing and implementing overseas marketing and sales strategies to meet sales targets.
6. 收集海外市场信息和行业动态,提供业务拓展建议
Collect overseas market intelligence and industry trends to provide insights for business development.
职位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销、化学、生物或相关专业优先
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
2、有2年以上外贸或海外销售相关经验,有经销商开发或实验试剂行业经验者优先
At least 2 years of experience in international sales or foreign trade; experience with distributor development or chemical/biotech reagents is a plus.
3、英语流利,具备良好的跨文化沟通能力
Proficient in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
4、主动性强、结果导向,能够适应出差与高强度工作节奏
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to handle business travel and a fast-paced work environment.
5、熟练使用办公软件,具备良好的组织协调能力和团队合作精神
Proficient in MS Office with excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
