岗位职责:

1.生产量产产品线上lots维护；

Online Lot Maintenance for Production；

2.配合工程部进行工艺调试；

Cooperate with the engineering department for process debugging；

3.日常值班安排，配合生产部实现量产目标；

Daily duty arrangement, cooperate with the production department to achieve mass production goals；

4.严格执行质量管理措施，对生产中的品质问题进行监督和控制；

Strictly implement quality management, supervise and control quality issues during production；

5.维护O.I/SOP等文件；

Document management such as O.I/SOP

6.组织和（或）参与环安卫定期会议，解决生产、活动中的环安卫问题，落实到位并持续改善。

Organize and/or participate in regular environmental and health meetings to address environmental and health issues in production and activities, implement them effectively, and continuously improve them

任职要求:

岗位要求：

1、应届毕业生，大专或本科学历，理工科相关专业, 如电气、自动化、机械、材料科学、数控、汽车等。

Diploma degree in science and engineering majors, such as electrical, automation, mechanical, material science, etc.…

2、 基本的英文读写能力,以及使用office办公软件。

Basic spoken & written English; and can use the MS-Office software.

3、 能适应轮班、夜班工作（上二休二）, 能接受洁净室的工作环境

Able to work in shifts and accept the cleanroom working environment.

4、 良好的团队合作精神。

A good team player.
