1、熟练操作机台，掌握生产作业流程，反馈实际使用困难供工程师修改优化；

Master tool operation skill/OI and SOP, feedback real usage status to engineer for OI/SOP optimization.

2、负责预防性维护、故障排除和维护;

Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and sustaining.

3、督促本班生产人员的培训训练，协助主管对本组人员的操作考核和人员培训实施；

Supervise the team members operation training, and assist the supervisor for the shift operation training and certification.

4、帮助员工级别认证，并负责更新培训手册。可根据需要参加安全会议和应急小组;

Responsible for the buddy,trainer, and certifier levels and is in charge of updating training manuals.May participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required.

5、能够在范围内工作和执行从简单到非标准和复杂的参数和判断;

Be able to work and perform within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters.

6、接受工作安排, 需要较高的判断力和主动性以解决复杂问题和提出建议.

High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new work.

岗位要求：

1、23届应届毕业生，大专或本科学历，理工科相关专业, 如电气、自动化、机械、材料科学、数控、汽车等。

Diploma degree in science and engineering majors, such as electrical, automation, mechanical, material science, etc.…

2、 基本的英文读写能力,以及使用office办公软件。

Basic spoken & written English; and can use the MS-Office software.

3、 能适应轮班、夜班工作（上二休二）, 能接受洁净室的工作环境

Able to work in shifts and accept the cleanroom working environment.

4、 良好的团队合作精神。
