PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要权责

l Collect sales forecast and PO from sales team with analysis for production plan preparation with factory capacity/loading acceptance.

l Publish and monitor production plan execution and customer order fulfilment.

l Create production order and assign customer shipment lot pick up for delivery in related system.

l Timely submit production plan execution status analysis, update and adjustment with business need, to drive cycle time and WIP optimization/improvement.

l Participate or lead internal or external cross function project with superior assignment or voluntary.

l Other tasks assigned by superior or company with business need.

POSITION SPECIFICATION职位要求

EDUCATION 学历

Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Management, Business Planning or other related major.

EXPERIENCE 经验

2 years relevant working experience, preferred in semi-conductor industry.

l Good skill for Microsoft Office and other computer software.
