岗位职责Job responsibilities:

1. 仓库保管员按规定做好物资设备进出库的验收、记账和发放工作，做到账账相符。

The warehouse keeper shall perform the acceptance, accounting and distribution of materials and equipment in and out of the warehouse according to the provisions, and ensure the consistency of the accounts.

2. 随时更新库存状态，保证生产物料及时供应，按照寿命到期时间优先出库原则和先进先出原则充分发挥周转效率。

Update the inventory status at any time, ensure the timely supply of production materials, and give full play to the turnover efficiency according to the principle of priority delivery on the expiration date and the principle of first-in, first-out.

3. 成品发货及时率100%

The timely delivery rate of finished products is 100%

4. 定期对库房进行整理，保持库房的整齐，使物料成品分类存放整齐，数量准确。

Organize the warehouse regularly, keep the warehouse tidy, and make the finished materials stored neatly and accurately.

5. 熟悉相应物料的品种、规格、型号及性能，填写分明。

Be familiar with the type, specification, model and performance of corresponding materials, and fill in clearly

6. 搞好库房的安全管理工作，检查库房的防火、防盗设施，及时堵塞漏洞，无安全事故。

Do a good job in the safety management of the warehouse, check the fire prevention and anti-theft facilities of the warehouse, timely plug loopholes, no safety accidents.

7. 确保物料到生产的准确放行

Ensure the accuracy of release of material to production

8. 确保各仓库(原材料仓库、在制品仓库、成品仓库)的管理

Ensure the management of the different warehouses (Raw material warehouse, WIP warehouse, Finished goods warehouse)

9. 维护每日更新的库存系统

Maintain the inventory system updated daily basis

10. 尊重并完全遵守材料可追溯性程序

Respect and fully comply to material traceability procedures

11. 正确保管和归档仓库文件和可追溯性文件

Secure and archive correctly the warehouse documents and traceability documents

12. 完成经理交办的其它工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

技能Skills :

- 熟练使用SAP SAP preferable

- 熟练使用Excel Excel mandatory

- 有叉车驾驶证优先Forklift driving license preferably

工作地点王稳庄，偶尔加班，住公司附近优先，因加班不能提供班车，所以自行解决通勤。
