参与公司质量体系（AS9100，中国PMA，EASA）的内部审核certifications (AS9100，China PMA，ISO9001，EASA).参与公司质量体系（AS9100，中国PMA，EASA）的内部审核

2. Internal audit before customer audit (including access audit, system audit, process audit, product audit), follow up corrective actions and close.

参与客户审核（包括准入审核、体系审核、过程审核、产品审核）前的内部审核，跟踪措施整改并关闭

3. Responsible for quality development and validation of new projects in project phase (new product, new material, new process, new method, new process, new operator……)

And preparation and revision of new project quality documents (including inspection instruction, testing instruction, PFMEA, control plan, first approval report-FAI, ECN, etc.)

负责新项目的质量开发和验证（新产品、新材料、新工艺、新设备、新方法、新过程、新员工......）

负责质量文件的编制及修订（包括检验指导书，试验测试指导书，PFMEA，控制计划，首件认可报告FAI,设计变更等）

4. Weekly internal process audit, output process audit report, follow up corrective action and close.

负责每周内部过程审核，输出过程审核报告，跟踪措施整改并关闭

5. Daily MRB （quality meeting）review the defects and analysis the possible root cause and part deposition , include define the rework method.

Daily report including：including defect description + root cause + containment action + corrective action + preventive action + detective action + owner of each action + achievement date defined according no risk occurs at customer + action efficiency check date).

每日评审MRB（质量会议）的质量缺陷，分析可能的根本原因和产品处置方法，包括返修方法QF081。

每日输出MRB日报：包括定义缺陷描述+根本原因+紧急对策+纠正措施+预防措施+探测措施+每个措施负责人+完成日期，跟踪措施整改并关闭，确保客户无风险发生，措施有效性的检查日期等

6. Non - conforming product report preparation, follow up corrective action and close.

1)Outside NCR: Incoming Inspection, Supplier, Outsourcing, Customer NCR, Customer Complaints

2)Inside NCR: Internal Production Area : slicing, drapping, CNC,insert, sanding, assembly, paining, Final inspection，after lab.

不合格品报告编制, 跟踪措施整改并关闭

1)包含外部NCR：进货检验，供方，外委加工，客户NCR，客户抱怨等；

2)内部NCR：内部各生产区域：片切区，铺贴区，CNC区，嵌件区，打磨区，组装区，喷漆区，终检区，试验区等

7. ECN action tracking and closing

工程变更ECN行动措施的跟踪和关闭

8. Inspectors task assignments and daily CHECK KPI records，Inspector training and assessment

检验员检验任务分配，每日检验KPI记录；检验员培训和考核

9.Report on time quality Daily，Weekly，Monthly KPI to quality manager.

按时向质量经理汇报质量KPI日报、周报和月报。

10. Continuous improvement and cost reduction in any process

任何过程的持续改进和降成本

11..Perform successfully any other action or activity as assigned by quality manager.

成功执行经理指派的任何其他行动或活动。

Working Skills

工作技能

1）Master quality tools and cause analysis methods (8D, 5WHY, 5W2H, fishbone diagram，FTA)

掌握质量工具和原因分析方法（8D，5Why，5W2H，鱼骨图，FTA）

2）Ability to read and understanding drawings

具备识图能力

3）Good command of office software

熟练使用office办公软件

4）Fluent English both in writing and spoken.

流利的英文读写和口语能力

Experience

经验

1）3 years and above quality management or audit working experience.

3年以上质量管理或审核工作的经验

2）Experience in aviation or railway interior products quality management or audit is preferred.

航空或高铁内饰产品质量管理或审核经验优先

Education

教育背景

Bachelor degree or above

本科或以上学历

Major in aviation，Material or Mechanical is preferred

主修航空、材料工程或机械专业优先

良好的沟通与协调能力
