工作职责
1. Proficient in the principle of Siemens PLC and private service control system, with preventive and predictive maintenance experience of large-scale automation equipment, able to read complex electrical diagrams and procedures, modify HMI interface and connection communication, purchase spare parts, and must have the ability of independent electrical automation analysis and maintenance;
精通西门子PLC及私服控制系统原理，有大型自动化设备预防性和预测性维护经验，会看复杂电气图和程序，会修改HMI界面和连接通讯，选购备件，必须具有独立进行电气自动化分析和维修的能力；
2. Familiar with mechanical equipment components, have experience in maintenance of complex mechanical components, can see complex mechanical drawings
熟悉机械设备部件，有复杂机械部件维护经验，会看复杂机械图；
3. Understand the basic hydraulic components and functions, and be able to cooperate with mechanical and hydraulic maintenance;
了解基础液压元件及功能，可以出力配合机械和液压维护；
4. Implement the daily trouble shoot to keep production machine run smoothly.
执行设备的故障维修，确保产线设备顺利运转；
5. Provide advice on plant facility improvement, and implement improvement projects.
提出工厂设施改进方案并执行改进项目；
6. Cooperate the new equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance.
配合新设备安装调试验收工作；
7. Instruct the maintenance knowledge.
传授设备维护知识。
8. Cooperate with EHS department to complete the RAIA safety project improvement。
配合EHS部门完成RAIA安全项目改进；
9. Identify hazard sources and environmental factors of equipment and workplace, eliminate hazard sources and increase protection measures.
识别设备和工作场所的危险源和环境因素，消除危险源增加防护措施；
