Job Responsibilities(岗位职责):
1.Product Sourcing & Supplier Management(产品选品与供应商管理):
● Conduct market demand research to find product suppliers that meet the requirements
● .Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries.
● Conduct regular factory visits and supplier audits to uphold production standards.
- 根据市场需求调研，寻找符合要求的产品供应商。
- 建立并维护良好的供应商关系，以确保产品质量稳定、价格具有竞争力且交货及时。
- 定期进行工厂实地考察和供应商审核，以维持生产标准。
2.Procurement & Cost Optimization( 产品开发与成本优化):
● Each month, formulate product development plans that align with the company's goals and the market demands of North America and Europe through various research methods. Also, provide detailed justifications for product development, with a primary focus on the markets in Mexico, the United States, and Spain.
● Maintain close communication with suppliers to obtain their R & D information and new product information in a timely manner.
● Explore manufacturability by mapping value/cost opportunities and their impact on the product design.
● Collaborate with marketing teams to align product strategies with consumer preferences.

Job Requirements(任职要求):
● A bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, electronic engineering, or a related field.
● Have over three years of experience in product development of gaming computer cases, monitors, consumer electronics, smart home products, and industrial technology.
● Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and able to use it as a working language. A CET - 4 certificate or above, or overseas study experience is required.
● Strong self - management skills, self - discipline, innovative thinking, and reliability.
