我们正在寻找一位富有创造力的外籍建筑方案设计师加入我们的团队。理想的候选人应具备出色的设计感知力、扎实的技术能力，以及对创新建筑解决方案的热情。您将与资深设计师和项目经理合作，参与概念设计、及设计全流程的各个环节。We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a passion for creating innovative architectural solutions. You will collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop concept designs, and contribute to all phases of the design process.
【主要职责 Key Responsibilities】
1. 为住宅、商业、酒店等多种项目类型提供建筑概念方案、初步设计及深化图纸； Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for various project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
2. 运用设计软件制作高质量的2D/3D图纸、效果图及汇报文件；Produce high-quality 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software.
3. 与工程师、顾问及客户协作优化设计方案； Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to refine design solutions.
4. 参与现场踏勘与设计评审，确保项目落地符合设计意图； Participate in site visits and design reviews to ensure project alignment with design intent.
【任职要求 Qualifications & Skills】
1. 教育背景： Education - 建筑学或相关专业本科/硕士学历； Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2. 工作经验： Experience - 2年以上建筑设计工作经验； 2+ years of professional architectural design experience.
3.需提交体现设计能力与技术实力的作品集； Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and technical proficiency.
4. 熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Revit、Rhino及Adobe创意套件； Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5.掌握BIM工作流及渲染软件（D5,Lumion etc.）者优先； Experience with BIM workflows and rendering software (D5,Lumion etc.) is a plus.
6.语言要求：英语流利（书面及口语），掌握中文者更佳。 Fluent in English (written and spoken). Chinese language skills are a bonus.
