1. 根据每周采购计划，下达采购订单。

2. 采购订单管理，跟进供应商的货物交货情况，积极主动协调相关发货问题。
PO management，following the supplier delivery shipment，coordinating related shipping problem.
3. 采购订单相关包材安排，发票处理。
Packaging material arrangement and invoice processing.
4. 监测库存情况及客户需求的变动，调整采购计划，与销售团队沟通情况。
Monitor inventory status and customs demanding， adjust purchase planning and communication with sales department.
5. 新产品品类需求数据的维护管理。
Maintenance and management for the new products demand data.
6. 与供应商建立良好关系，确保及时有效沟通。
Good relationships and communications with suppliers.
岗位要求：
Job requirements:
1. 有2年以上采购订单管理经验。
More than 2 years related experience.
2. 对供应链有一定了解，沟通能力佳， 有团队合作能力。
Understanding with supplier chain,good communication skills, and teamwork skills.
3. 英语读写良好。
Good spoken and written English.
4. 有SAP或者其他EPR系统操作经验优先。
Priority given to SAP or other EPR systems experience .
