岗位职责:
1.Responsible for the mass production launch of FAU (Fiber Array Unit) products, and concurrently undertake part of new product development and sample delivery work;
2.Responsible for daily matters such as order review, process maintenance, and production abnormality handling;
3.Compile product technical documents and work instructions;
4.Conduct technical evaluation and selection of production materials (key components/adhesives) to ensure that material indicators meet design and mass production requirements;
5.Establishment, introduction and maintenance of production equipment and testing platforms;
6.Lead product process innovation and optimization, yield improvement, automation upgrading and cost reduction;
7.Assist sales in technical communication with customers and provide product technical support;
8.Assist R&D in new product development and sample delivery, and lead the maintenance and improvement work after mass production transfer;
9.Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Department in handling customer complaints, including analyzing causes and formulating improvement measures.
任职要求:
1.Full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in Optics, Optical Communication, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or related fields; professional requirements can be relaxed for candidates with rich relevant work experience;
2.Candidates with 2 years or more of relevant work experience in optical passive components are preferred, especially experience in Fiber Array (FAU), MPO or related fiber devices;
3.Proficient in 2D/3D mechanical drawing software (such as CAD/Solidworks); proficiency in 3D printers and Comsol finite element analysis is preferred;
4.CET-4 or above with good English reading and writing abilities;
5.Strong hands-on ability, clear logic, and good expression and communication skills;
6.Candidates with professional background or work experience in IT software programming, visual algorithms, or full-process construction experience of manufacturing MES systems or production traceability systems will be given special consideration.
