Responsibilities
1.Order evaluation/Cost evaluation and technical support.
2.Organize to resolve quality and technical problem to ensure products meet customer’s requirements.
3.Process standardization, improvement, and optimization.
4.Quality improvement and cost reduction.
5.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and provide technical support and services for other functions.

Requirements
1.College graduation with bachelor's or master’s degree, majored in optics, physics, material or machinery
2.Proficient in English speaking and writing.
3.2 years of manufacturing industry experience or more than 1 year experience in the optical industry or optical engineering.
4.Experience with product development in optical component and optical assembly.
5.Experience in process improvement and process problem solving.
6.Proven track record of continuous improvement.
