● Take supplier graded management, material category management, and establish scientific and effective supplier management.
● Implement supplier audit plan according to supplier audit annual plan, including QSA, QPA, supplier’s social & environmental compliance etc. Provide reasonable proposals to suppliers, to enhance supplier quality.
● Evaluate supplier performance, analyze the improvement opportunities, supervise and urge the supplier to improve and upgrade the KPI, in order to get the high-quality raw materials.
● Maintain and improve the raw material abnormality disposal process.
● Dispose incoming inspection abnormality and material complaint, follow and coach supplier to improve the raw material.
● New CM supplier/material introduction management.
Requirements:

● Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering.
● English skill: CET-4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
● More than 3 years’ experience in supplier quality management is preferred.
● With optical device technical experience is preferred.
● Background in quality management and engineering may also be considered.
● Be able to use quality tools (proficient in sampling plan, raw material quality evaluation method, statistical process control and diagnosis, proficient in the performance test of raw material, mechanical testing and environmental testing; familiar with IS9001/TL9000 system requirements; proficient and can apply audit skills; proficient in quality improvement methods, such as 8D, CAR, PDCA, QC tools).
