职位描述
【工作职责】:
1.Implement the sales strategies and annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan according to company policy and plan; 根据公司的销售政策及计划,执行公司的销售策略及年度/季度/月度销售计划;
2.Arrange monthly/weekly/daily visit schedule for sales team; 为销售团队制定月度/周/日客户拜访计划;
3.Lead sales team to establish, maintain and develop profitable business with targeted customers; 带领销售团队与目标客户建立起有价值的合作关系,并予以维护及发展;
4.Manage and control the sales activities, including contract review and negotiation, claim handling, sales budget control etc; 管控销售相关的活动,包括合同审核,谈判,报销,销售预算控制等;
5.Keep close contact with high level customers throughout the territory; 和区域内重点客户保持紧密联系;
6.Develop and follow up potential project closely; 密切开发及跟进潜在项目;
7.Determine potential customer cut-in solution together with sales management and implement these solutions; 与销售管理层共同决定潜在客户的切入方案并对方案予以执行;
8.Motivate and coach sales team for better performance; 激励并训练销售团队以不断提高绩效;
9.Submit efficient & accurate business report & sales forecast on time, maintain required information in CRM system; 及时提交准确的业务报告和销售预测,并在CRM系统中维护相关信息;
10.Team work with the functional dept.(eg. CSD) to establish and maintain an operational service channel for the customer needs. Continuously improve customer satisfaction; 与其他职能部门如CSD建立并维护客户服务渠道,持续提高客户满意度;
11.Cooperate with HR for daily personnel management incl. recruiting, training, contract renew/termination etc; 与HR在招聘、培训、合同续签/终止等日常人事管理事务上进行合作;
12.Other tasks assigned by direct leader. 直属领导安排的其他任务。

【任职资格】:
1.University degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical or industry control or related; 机械、机械电子等相关专业本科学历;
2.Over 8 years sales working experience in relevant industry with at least 2 years in management position; 相关行业8年以上工作经验,其中至少2年担任管理职位;
3.Strong leadership; team spirit and good cooperation ability; Good communication and negotiation ability , good mathematical and logic skills, excellent presentation skills in Chinese; 较强的领导力,良好的团队合作精神,优秀的沟通谈判能力,逻辑思维能力以及优秀的中文演示技巧;
4.Fluent in both written and spoken English is preferred; 英语说写流利者优先;
5.Good command of MS-office software, be familiar with CRM is a plus; 熟练操作办公软件,熟悉CRM系统更佳;
6.Ability to work under strong pressure with good psychology& personal quality; 良好的心理/生理条件,能承受较大的工作压力;
7.Accept long, frequent business trip. 能接受频繁的长途出差。
