Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the solution owner for customers, collaborating with sales and technical teams (internal and external).
Translate customer requirements into scalable, high-quality solution designs.
Deliver tailored, professional presentations that clearly articulate value to stakeholders at all levels.
Develop structured responses to RFIs and RFPs, showcasing both technical expertise and business value.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continually strengthen solution offerings.
Provide cross-functional and cross-regional presales support across Enterprise and Wholesale engagements.
Collaborate with the Bid team to craft formal RFP responses for projects.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Telecom, Networking, Internet Service
Provider, or System Integration environments.
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Solid experience in network and telecommunications solution design. Including SD-WAN, MPLS, VPLS, and Layer-2 services.
Proven ability to support large and complex international RFPs.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative mindset, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Awareness of technology trends such as SD-WAN and digital platforms.
Professional certifications (CCNP, CCDP, SAFe) are advantageous.
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba) will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge and experience in IoT will be regarded as an advantage.
Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional European or Asian language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
