1.
Identify and summarize all the special equipment according to related
law and regulation of CHINA government, and update the special equipment
summary according to the changing of the related low and regulation;根据中国相应法律法规识别以及汇总特种设备, 并根据法律法规的变更对特种设备汇总进行更新;

Track the equipment status changing, including new special equipment
registering, scraping and critical parts changing or modification. And update
the special equipment summary accordingly; 追踪特种设备状态变化, 包括新设备注册, 设备报废以及设备关键部分的更换或改造. 根据其变化对特种设备汇总进行更新;

3.
Track the status of all the special equipment status. Arrange the
related inspection (internal or external) for special equipment in time to
ensure their certification/ inspection record in valid; 追踪所有特种设备的状态. 及时组织对特种设备的相应检查(内部或者外部检查)来确保相应许可证或检验记录的有效性;

4.
Organize and handle any special equipment related findings/
non-conformance point which found during special equipment inspection or audit.
And provide support for solving the EHS issues found on special equipment
during the daily maintenance activities. In case of any accident, EHS engineer
is authorized to impose restrictions on using of special equipment according to
related regulation or low; 组织并处理在特种设备检查审核中发现的问题和不符合项, 并对特种设备日常维护维修作业当中发现的EHS相关问题提供支持. 为避免任何意外, EHS工程师有权根据相应法律法规限制特种设备的使用;

5.
Provide EHS training for all site members according to CHINA Government
Regulations/ CBRE Internal EHS Regulations/ AIRBUS EHS Regulations. And also
provide training according to AIRBUS Safety and Security Regulation to
subcontractors/ suppliers/ visitors whose service/ visiting are related to
AIRBUS Tianjin Maintenance Site operation; 根据国家法律法规/ CBRE内部EHS规章/ AIRBUS EHS规章对全体员工进行培训。并根据AIRBUS的安全安保制度对到厂进行与本天津空客项目相关服务活动的承包商/ 供应商/ 来访者进行培训;

6.
Supervise/ audit all the site members and also subcontractors/
suppliers/ visitors whose service/ visiting are related to AIRBUS Tianjin
Maintenance Site operation, to ensure their activities are in conformity with
EHS Regulations and AIRBUS Safety and Security Regulation. In case any
accident, EHS engineer authorized to impose restrictions on any their
activities which against to EHS Regulations and AIRBUS Safety and Security
Regulation; 监管/审查全体员工以及到厂进行与本天津空客项目相关服务活动的承包商/ 供应商/ 来访者, 确保其相关活动符合EHS制度以及AIRBUS的安全安保制度.
为避免任何意外, EHS工程师有权根据EHS规章制度以及AIRBUS安全安保制度对其活动作业进行限制;

7.
Stock, Distribute and Apply for re-stock PPE for all site members. 负责全体员工PPE的存储,
发放以及申请补库采买;

8.
Supervise/ Audit the Chemical Storage of MSP Warehouse. Manage Chemical
Goods storage/ disposal according to related EHS regulation; 监督/ 审查仓库的化学品存储, 根据相关EHS法规组织化学品的存储以及废弃;

9.
Identify all the safety risk during daily maintenance operation and
provide solution to avoid any accident. Arrange related Occupation Health
Examination every year; 识别员工在日常维修活动中的安全风险, 并提供相应解决方案来避免任何意外. 安排年度的职业健康体检;

10. Track status of all site members’ Skill Certifications, arrange the
Training/ Re-Training in time for site members to ensure all the required Skill
Certifications are available and validate; 跟踪全体员工的技能认证,
并及时组织安排对从事相应工作的员工的培训/ 再培训来保证作业人员持证上岗且资质有效;

11. Perform as EHS Topics Interface
of this maintenance site to answer any kind of inspection or audit, no matter
internal or external. Answer any internal or external question or reasonable
requirement which related to EHS topic in time. Organize and handle any EHS
related findings/ non-conformance point which found during EHS inspection or
audit; 作为本现场的EHS代表来应对来自内部或者外部的各种形式的检查和审核. 对内部或者外部提出的问题以及合理的要求进行及时应答. 组织处理在EHS检查审核中发现的问题和不符合项;

12.Update the EHS System Documentation in time for
this maintenance site to keep them in conformity with Government Requirement,
CBRE Headquarter Requirement and also Customer Requirement. 根据政府要求, CBRE总部要求以及客户要求及时更新本现场的EHS体系文件

岗位要求：

1.
Bachelor degree in engineering majors from full-time university，Safety engineering major is
preferred; / 大学工科专业本科学历，安全工程专业优先考虑；

2.
At least 2 years EHS working experience; 两年以上EHS相关工作经验；

3.
English CET 4，and simple dialoging and writing skills; / 英语CET4，并具有简单的对话及读写能力；

4.
Familiar with General Procedure in Manufacturing Industry; 熟悉制造工业相关一般流程;

5.
Familiar with China EHS Laws and Regulations; 熟悉中国EHS相关法律法规;

6.
Familiar with EHS Risk Assessment System; 熟悉EHS风险评估系统;

7.
Familiar with Analysis Tools like 5W1H, Fish Bones, FMEA, 8D etc. 熟悉相关分析工具, 例如5W1H,
鱼骨图, FMEA, 8D等;

8.
Have knowledge and experience with 5S management; 有5S相关知识以及管理经验;

9.
Have excellent skill on interpersonal relationship management,
communication and organizing. 出色的人际协调、沟通和组织管理的能力；

10.Familiar with MS Office; 熟悉MS办公软件。
