Main Tasks:
1.Define reliability test process, measurement equipment and perform reliability test according to relevant testing instruction
2.Monitor testing process and make sure Lab to perform test no deviation
3.To do the final judgement basing on test result
4.To co-work with foreign colleague and provide support of testing/report
5.To co-work with DCC Department to define testing parameter/folder structure/report format, and double check test report before release
6.To do Failure analysis for inductor, transformer, LED, switch, connector, etc.
7.To do some work which your supervisor assigns to you
工作职责：
1.定义可靠性测试流程、测量设备，并根据相关测试指令进行可靠性测试
2.监控测试过程并确保实验室执行测试无偏差
3.根据测试结果做出最终判断
4.与国外同事合作并提供测试/报告支持
5.与DCC部门合作定义测试参数/文件夹结构/报告格式，并在发布前仔细检查测试报告
6.对电感、变压器、LED、开关、连接器等进行故障分析
7.完成主管分配给你的一些工作
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree major in electronics industry related
2. With years of electronic industry (inductor, transformer…) working
experience in manufacturer, related reliability working experience is preferred
2. Fluent English in listening, speaking,reading and writing
3. Nice communication skills, work hard and highly teamwork spirit.
4. Be good at using computer and MS office, such as word, excel, etc.
5. Be Studious and willing to take challenges
岗位要求：
1. 电子行业相关专业本科学历
2. 有多年电子领域的制造业工作经验（包括电感、变压器等），有相关可靠性工作经验者优先
2. 英语听、说、读、写流利
3. 具备良好的沟通能力，吃苦耐劳，具有高度的团队合作精神。
4. 熟练使用电脑和MS Office，如word、excel等。
5. 勤奋好学，乐于接受挑战
