Tasks:

1.Responsible for handling customer quality complaints, act as a liaison with other company departments worldwide and interface with OEM factories regarding quality aspects. Provide 8D report to Asian customers, evaluate corrective actions for all complaints and assure all of actions are well implemented in production process

2.Out-going quality controls to make sure that product quality is according to spec. as well as the package (labeling/logo/carton) is complaint with WERI package Spec. before it leaves factory

3.On specific projects, work closely with PM teams to launch of new products. Such activity would include process check, DFMEA/PFMEA, Q-flow chart check, SOP check and first-article inspection.

4.Evaluates the supplier process control to ensure product quality and reliability is compliant. Develops supplier capability with conducting continuous improvement actions

5.Involved in various audits regarding to connector production process, quality system and plating process

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in electronics or mechanical related

2.5-8 years of experience in quality field

3.Rich knowledges on connector manufacturing process (stamping/molding/plating/assembly) will be an advantage

4.Being Familiarity with typical quality tool is must, such as 8D, 5 why, DFMEA/PFMEA , CPK, GR&R, 6 sigma

5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

6.Willingness to travel in south of China

工作职责：

1.负责处理客诉问题，与全球其他集团分部及 OEM 工厂沟通对接，向亚洲客户提供8D报告，评估所有投诉的纠正措施，并确保所有措施在生产过程中得到良好实施

2.在产品出厂前确保产品质量及外观包装符合标准，做到质量把控严格到位

3.在特定项目上，与 PM 团队密切合作推出新产品。此类活动将包括流程检查、DFMEA/PFMEA、Q 流程图检查、SOP 检查和首件检查等

4.评估供应商质量管控过程，以确保产品质量和可靠度符合要求，持续改进供应商的品质管控能力

5.参与连接器生产过程、质量体系和电镀过程的各种审核等

岗位要求：

1. 电子或机械相关专业本科学历

2. 五至八年电子行业品质相关工作经验

3. 熟悉了解连接器制造工艺（冲压/成型/电镀/组装）知识

4. 熟悉必要的质量工具，例如 8D、5Why、DFMEA/PFMEA、CPK、GR&R、6 sigma等

5.熟练的中英文听说读写能力

6.愿意接受出差（南方区域内）
