Responsibilities
• Preparing company profiles, updating pitch books, updating trading & transaction comps models, conducting industry research, newsletters and other ad-hoc company focused research
• Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction
• Conducting analysis & performing quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs
• Demonstrate strength and flair in client relationship building and management
• Update team’s workflow MIS on a weekly and monthly basis

Qualification
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting/economics
• Experience at a brokerage firm, consultancy, market research or advisory firm
• Candidates with good internships but with less than 1 year of full time experience can be considered
• Strong knowledge of Financial Statement Analysis, M&A concepts and Corporate finance & Valuation concepts
• Working knowledge of databases such as CapIQ, Factset, Factiva etc
• MS Office skills – should be good in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
