Key Responsibilities
● Cohesive Leadership: Work in a close, daily partnership with the Senior Manufacturing Manager to form a unified factory leadership team.

● Collaborative Process Improvement: Partner with the Senior Manufacturing Manager to analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop SOPs that support on-the-floor goals and facilitate a smooth workflow.

● Financial & ERP Management: Oversee all financial-related data entry and reporting within the Acumatica ERP system.

● Budget & Materials Management: Develop and manage budgets for production supplies, tools, and consumable materials. Implement systems to track all tools and consumables to minimize waste and loss.

● Warehousing & Inventory Control: Oversee the warehousing team, ensuring

regular stock counts and inventory accuracy, with direct reporting on this function to the Finance department.

● Logistics & Material Flow: Manage the end-to-end logistics of materials, from receiving and warehousing to point-of-use delivery on the production line.

● Forecasting & Procurement: Coordinate with the procurement team to accurately forecast material needs and optimize inventory levels based on production schedules.

● Team Development: Mentor and develop the team members responsible for inventory, logistics, data management, and warehousing.

Requirements & Qualifications

● 7+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

● Experience in or significant exposure to construction, heavy fabrication, or complex engineered-to-order projects. You must understand the factors that affect project-based work.

● Demonstrable experience managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and a strong understanding of cost-of-goods.

● Proven mastery of ERP systems and manufacturing data management.

Deep expertise in warehousing, inventory control, and end-to-end material logistics.

● A proven ability to work as a partner, not a top-down manager. Your focus is on support, systems, and optimization, not direct supervision of production teams.

● Fluency in English is required. Mandarin proficiency is a significant asset.

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
