岗位职责：

1. Assit manager oversee the Finance operations for company. Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, including revenue, COGS, expenses, and intercompany transactions, in compliance with accounting standards；

2. Supervise local accounting teams and coordinate financial reporting activities across Luohu offices；

3. Prepare comprehensive financial reporting package and reported within deadlines；

4. Accurately calculate product cost and drive standard cost implementation；

5. Manage the company budgeting and forecasting processes；

6. Provide detail cost analysis and variance analysis, all variances must be investigated and corrective actions taken where appropriate in conjunction with factory management team；

7. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy；

8. Utilize balanced sheet management techniques to optimize the company's financial position and resources；

9. Partner with operation teams to develop and implement finance strategy and support factory operation；

10. Independently handle and resolve finance matters；

11. hands-on experience and attitude needed。
