1. Implement ISO9001 quality system and ISO14001 environment system
1.1. Establish and maintain quality system procedures, quality system set up and improvement
1.2. Establish quality system audit plan
1.3. Lead quality system audit including internal audit, process audit, product audit per ISO9001 and ISO14001 criteria
1.4. Submit audit report and action plan making, action effectiveness and closure follow up
1.5. Identify the deviation against IATF16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001 criteria, root cause address, preventive countermeasure
2. Process quality management
2.1. Handle process deviation and follow up CAR
2.2. Maintain Process FMEA database (revision, control methods update etc.)
2.3. Change control
2.4. MRB
2.5. Drive for continuous process improvement
2.5.1. Line audit and follow up closure of C/A
2.5.2. Lead audit and follow up closure of C/A
2.5.3. Provide training to QC/operator as necessary
3. Customer support
3.1. Customer audit
3.2. Failure analysis
4. Other instruction from department Manager
1.Bachelor Degree in Quality Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
2.A minimum of 3 years system engineer experience in connector or socket industry, automotive related is preferred
3.Be familiar with IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO9001 quality system implementation, maintenance, also familiar with other system is preferred.
4.Be familiar with SPC, FMEA. DOE, MSA, 7-QC, and N7-QC.
5.Be familiar with VDA6.3
