职位描述
• Implementing & following up the progress of various administrative tasks per Superior’s instruction;
• Report writing, ppt preparation, and data collation;
• Administrator User of CRM software (training will be provided);
• Meeting arrangement, minutes drafting, travel arrangement, and other daily tasks;
• Other routine administrative tasks, and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Superior;
Essential
• College degree or above; 3-5 years experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good coordination and time management skills, logic mindset, proficient in written expression
• Good English skills, in writing and oral;
• Proficiency in Office softwares
Desirable
• Previous work experience in similar roles, or in HRBP roles is desired
• Education background in Engineering is a plus
