Job summary:
In charge of SSC (Shared Service Center in Beijing) cashier work including:
-Cash and bank management
-Day-to-day payments including vendors and employees
-Treasury report
-Tax invoices related
-Other tasks
Work duties typically include:
-Cash, cheques and bank notes management.
-Bank accounts management: opening & closing; bank signature and registration information update; provide documents required by bank; handling bank receipts, payments (domestic and abroad), reimbursements, manual payments input via online banking etc.
-Bank Notes Management: incoming bank notes collection, bank notes register, bank notes payments etc.
-Monthly bank recon. statement.
-Staff claims checking & posting claims from Hub V to NC, answering the question regarding reimbursement from employees, prepare claim training documents.
-Vouchers filing and follow up with claim outstanding invoices timely.
-Treasure report: collect cash flow forecast and input data in taiga system weekly.
-Tax issues: VAT input invoice certification; Output VAT invoices issuance, tax bureau issues including contract register, purchase invoice, provide tax documents and so on.
-Other tasks required by Supervisor or Company.
Preferred qualifications
-Bachelor degree above
-Fresh graduate is also welcome
-Fluent in spoken and written English
